1940s Fuschia Floral Trimmed Framer polka_dot 1940s dress with a green1940s felt topper in a lovely shade of purple ey fuchsia. Hat sits at the back of the head and sports felt flowers on either side to frame the face. Once size fits all, it's meant to be pinned on. Excellent vintage condition.
