40's Green and White Polka Dot Dress lightweight I have not attempted treatingThe dress is smooth and sleek. It has the darts taken out in the back, so with the darts back in, it could fit a small. It has a flapper style movement. The dress zips up the back and there is some wear on one of the shoulder of the dress. It measures 41 cm across the shoulders, 47 cm across the armpits, 42 cm across the waist, 48 cm across the hips.
