Bib style step in skirt buttons as shown in photo hidden buttons in waist band. it also has sewn on "belt"that buttons in back. side pockets. pleated at waistband. midi length. waist 28 hips 42 (free) Length 30. by Robyn, USA I think this is acrylic and may be wool blend. it's lightweight. sporadic flecks in fabric. Good condition with basic wear but even fabric surface. color even.
