This lovely chopper is very handy it can be used on a cheese board for cutting soft cheeses or in the kitchen chopping herbs or pastry. It is lovingly handmade from very the dense Maire or Volcanic Totara, Tom only uses reclaimed native timbers. The edge is surprisingly sharp.
