90's Bright Green and Black Wide Brim Hat 70s macrame purse Great womens vintage sleep wearBright green and black polyproplyene (faux straw) wide brim hat. Low crown is in the green with a huge back net bow. Circle brim is black with green trim. Underneath is a placement cap, slightly asymmetrical so it can be worn as a tilt. Interior is finished with a green grosgrain ribbon. The only label is Made in Taiwan. As for the condition the only issue is some staining on the interior ribbon. Otherwise it is a beauty. Inner circumference is 22
