1940s Cotton Stripe Wrap Dress Size:small Hip is relatively free dueLate 1940s cotton wrap style dress modeled after a CD design (see last photo). Fabric is a lightweight cotton; there are small shoulder pads, hip pockets and a pleated neckline. Dress slips over the head and there are two snaps at the waistline. These can be moved over to tighten the waist. I've given the measurements with the snaps at the current location but this dress should fit a range of measurements. The bust measurement is flexible as well.
