Waist button functions fine, just a little too small for the form. Skirt is slim at top of hips and flares at hem. Label reads "Joyce of Chicago" Excellent condition with only minor wear. Fits like an xs: Waist: 23" Hip: 38" Length: 27" plus another 2" or so in the hem
