70’s Sheer Black Floral Pleated Dress cotton vest Waist (elastic) runs 26-29"This is a beautiful vintage dress from the 1970s. Made of an ultra lightweight sheer fabric with slight pleats throughout. Border print in fall colors of tan, red, and burgundy florals contrast the otherwise black dress. There are no labels, but it looks like this dress would be a good fit for a medium or large.
