It has a a three button front, peaked lapels, two angled welt pockets at the waist, and a back vent for additional movement. To this fairly classic design, Yamamoto has added an extra button slightly to the left of and half way between the top two buttons, which distorts the shape of the the coat and causes folds and bulges in the fabric when it is buttoned. The coat is unlined, but finished
