20's Cloche Halo Hat men Open sized caftan with aCute yet tiny, this cloche hat is vintage 1920s. It's a very small hat with white velvet feather like attachments and a brown Velvet Ribbon. It does have netting but the netting is in bad condition. Hat base is entirely made of wire.
