These Bertlyn foldover flats are circa early 1960 and were made for traveling, or running errands or looking glam around the house. I think they are so chic and speak to the modern jetsetter woman. They have a very small block heel for just a smidge of lift, and the best little vinyl bow on the front. Silver lame material with elastic around the top. I find that these fit true to size.
