Im dating it to c. 1930s because of the side snaps, and little chiffon edged neckline. Not immaculate but still has a sparkly charm! Its a crepe like jacquard woven fabric which does have some give because of the weave, I do know I know the name but it somehow escapes my lockdown brain!
