The dress has a wonderful 1920s inspired flapper design (maybe inspired by some like it hot?) Cut with a V neckline and back and big bow detailing the bodice. The skirt is fitted to the cinched waist and has layers of ruffles all the way down the pencil skirt. A classic wiggle dress with extra! Fully lined.
