70’s Mini Nurse Costume Dress by swan 1970's brown suit Topaz Brown & Goldvintage nurse uniform that was shortened for costume. Vintage uniform dress made in a white cotton blend nonstretch fabric. Elbow length sleeves with button adjustment, front button and zipper, side pockets, label is ''White Swan'' you cant get this quality and price from a packaged halloween costume. Dress has been shortened and lace added at some point. Condition is good, skirt is shorter than would have been in 70s but no issues, has been washed
