This item came from Western Costume Company but unfortunately the name of the actress is so faded that I can't make it out

1940s Arrow Stitch Plum Suit satin Shoulder: 16" to edges of1940s suit in a plum tinged burgundy. Suit looks less purple in person, it reads as more of a deep red with some purple in it. The photo showing the jacket off the form is a better representation of the true color (second to last photo). I believe the fabric content to be rayon or a wool rayon blend.
