1950s Grey Cotton and White Embroidered Dress and Jacket Set vintage-gown circa late 1930sThis is a fabulous and very lightweight original 1950s set comprised of two items a classic sheath dress overlaid with a back fastening, cropped jacket. The fabric is a very fine quality cotton overlaid with white machine embroidery. The design is repeated on both the skirt element of the dress and the front of the jacket. The jacket is neatly French seamed and fastens to the back with large pearlescent buttons. The dress is lined in a cotton silk
