Cotton duck fabric with lime, yellow and tangerine 70's style flowers. Top stitched short brim, 2 1 4", loose seamed crown with a wide white band edging. Attached on the crown is two small wooden tees stenciled with 'Citizens Federal'. Excellent condition with only a couple spots of soiling which are apparently from storage. All has been photographed except for a larger spot on the right side of the white band. No
