There is no brand or publisher's name evident on this pattern, but it appears to be English, and I am assuming it is a mail order pattern of some kind. Measurements Size Small Waist 66 cm (26") Hips 91 cm (36") Condition Pattern has been used but is checked and complete. Not a packet but a wrapper, in fair condition
