70's Navy Polka Dot Swiss Dot Dress 60s boxy suit black buttoned waistcoatThis vintage 1970s maxi dress is made of a sheer cotton gauze overlayed onto a blue acetate and accented with lace at the waist, bust, and hem. Gathered shoulders, half length angel sleeves, fully lined, back center zipper, tie waist. The swiss dots are painted on not worked into the fabric. There's a modesty panel at the surplice bust. Nice full, swishy skirt. Bust measures 38", empire waist 33", length 57". In excellent shape.
