1980s Black Balloon Sleeve Shift Dress feather trim This 1960s mini tunic dressThis 1980s Chacok shift dress was made in France of unlined black wool. It has indigo, burgundy and teal tabs around the neckline. The balloon sleeves have 6. 5" long cuffs that can be worn around your forearm or pushed up to make it a short puff sleeve, and inverted pleats around the sleeves with indigo, burgundy, teal panels adding volume. There's a 10" slit up the left side of the skirt. It slips over the wearer's head and fastens with three
