Cut to a long sleeve, high neck silhouette, the flippy, pleated skirt falls to calf length. The skirt features three inverted bands formed of contrasting monochrome polka dot patterns. The collar is christened by a bow which gives the appearance of a pussy bow neckline. The fabric is very floaty and ever so slightly sheer with the skirt
