70’s Striped Flutter Sleeve Dress modernist necklace The perfect party dressMetallic party dress from the 70's early 80's. Blouson top with split butterfly sleeves, flared skirt and un attached cord belt with an elastic waist. Back closes with a long zipper. Bodice has a fabric overlay to create the blouson part and the sleeves. Skirt does not so you can see how transparent the skirt is. Fabric is a glittering metallic in tiny stripes. The only label is a dry clean only tag. Excellent condition with no issues. Shows little to
