White button closure, double buttons on each cuff. Item is in excellent vintage condition, I could find no stains, no holes or any other flaws. Tag states size medium, but please check measurements, as this is a VINTAGE size medium. There is some slight stretch to the garment, but not much. Measurements, taken lying flat:
