The hem is trimmed in 3 inch fringe. Center closes with a single cord tie. Fabric has the feel of an acrylic blend. As for the condition, I have found one single streak of age related staining on the right side, waist area. Otherwise it is in great condition, showing little to no wear or age. No label.
