It has an elastic off the shoulder ruffle neckline, short puff sleeves and a ruffle hemline. A few versions of this dress were featured on that season's runway. There is a pocket on each side and a zipper up the back. It's missing the original belt but it's otherwise in very good condition, clean and ready to wear. Measurements: Bust 38"
