40's Black Felt Tilt Hat with Lime Green Ostrich Feathers by Mccreery, New York Creations brazil made Faint spots/discoloration and one small1940's black felt tilt hat with the back wired circular placement band. The small base has indented sides much like a cushion hat. The crown is covered with 2 large vintage lime green ostrich feathers. They are tucked inside a slit which originally held some very worn feathers. The feathers are not permanently attached so they can be arranged or replaced. They are secure however. Excellent condition but showing age and wear on the interior. Inner
