1940s peeptoe slingback pumps in black suede with green velvet covered heels and accents on the vamp

Jacket body is fitted at the waist with a flared peplum and original belt is present

Bodice has long, full cut puffed sleeves with button cuffs and small patch pockets at the chest. Skirt is A line and black velvet buttons run the length, making the dress capable of opening completely. Excellent condition with a few flaws. There are two areas on the edging that have mends, see close up on final two photos. I believe the buttons
