Hi-Lo Scrunchie Hoodie Dress Wedding ✥ We have had aFitted, scrunch up sides, and cowl hood with strings. Length is adjustable you can wear it as a shirt or as a dress that goes closer to the knees. Collar is a cowl neck that can turn into a giant hood with strings that are functional to keep you warm if you need it :) We hand make these with love, to your color and size, and height.
