The fit and flare silhouette dress has vertical bands of lace alternating with rows cotton with brown sprigs of flowers. The skirt is lined with crinoline that holds the fullness. It has a square neckline and back and short kimono sleeves. It closes with a side metal zipper. It's sized a 14 but is a Small by today's standards. It measures 38" around the bust, the waist is 26" , and the length is 38". Very good
