Completely covered in gorgeous beige colored sequins with aurora borealis effect which give off a pretty and subtle shimmer! There is some wear in the lining underneath and the lining on one of the wires has come undone( please refer to the last photos) Other wise in good condition and not flaws are not all visible when worn. 9" x 9" x 1" 19. 5" circumference Made by Famous Barr Co.
