1930s Black Liquid Velvet Gown Brussels Lace Collar V-Back skirts & blouses Skirt is burnout black velvetBeautifully tailored 1930s black silk velvet gown with Brussels Duchesse lace collar. Slight gathers at the bust. Bias cut with an ivory, silk crepe lined bodice; a series of snaps at left side. Dress is a pull over style ~ slips on over the head. Museum collection label sewn inside of bodice. Best fits an Extra Small. Measurements are taken flat, doubled as necessary. These are garment measurements and you need to allow room for movement.
