60's Velvet Mustard Turban Hat european vintage Interior is finished with aMustard or golden velvet turban. Very flexible fabric draped and swirled. Interior is lined with a dark brown twill. The only label is a union tag. There are some condition issues. The fabric pile is somewhat damaged from laying flat for years. You can see this in the photographs. Still it is a darling vtg turban.
