70’s Slinky Black Pleated Dress by Leslie Fay vintage parka Vintage one of a kind1970's vintage dress fashioned completely in crystal pleating. The fabric is a slinky polyester nylon in a deep flat black. Photos have been lightened to show detail. Styled with a faux wrap bodice, sleeveless, elastic waist and hip hugging skirt.
