Purple Velour Turban Hat by Mister 'T' vtg velvet dress Black skirt in lace &Lavender abstract deep crown turban. Very soft and pliable fabric on the outside, lined with a thick taupe twill along with the standard ribbon. Inner circumference is 21 1 2 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 17 inches.
