1940s Roses Novelty Print Dress with Asymmetric Shirring 40s_belt cuffs and buttons1940s print dress in a what I believe is a linen blend. Fabric is lightweight but opaque and drapes nicely. Bodice is fitted with asymmetrical shirring that is mirrored over the opposite hip. Skirt is a line, the shirring allows for ease through the hip, skirt is easy to walk in.
