Black silk faille to underside of folding brim. Lined in black satin fabric. Labeled: B. Forman Co. Rochester New York. Clean and wearable. c. 1920s Measures 21" Condition is excellent very good. Expected wear soiling for the age with a couple of tiny spots to crown and body. Minor wear to pot metal pin with darkening of stones.
