Constructed of cotton velvet in navy blue; taffeta facings in similar color at garment edges. Knotted, corset bodice with low cut neckline, probably intended to be worn with a blouse, much like a dirndl. Gathered skirt with attached, self fabric belt and buckle (buckles at the back).
