Size 12 from the 1980's is different from the modern size 12. Please check the measurements. The skirt has never been worn, and the tags are still attached. It's in excellent condition. The skirt is fully lined and is 100% wool crepe. The content tag is missing, but I believe the waistband is silk, a satiny material. 27 inches long 28 inch waist 47 inch hips
