Fitted bust with a freer skirt. Has belt loops at sides of waist, only slightly visible, but no matching belt or sash. Jacket has 3 4 length sleeves. Both garments have super vibrant floral, butterfly, and striped pattern all over. Great condition. Material not noted, feels like polyester. Size tagged as 20 for dress and 24 for jacket looks like a
