Pleated from the waist band which has a button closing and side zipper and side seam pockets. Pink, blue, White flowers make up this cheerful fabric. Fabric is tagged as 100% wool, completely lined with viscose rayon. It has no feel of wool but more of a soft easy wear blend. Mint condition. Excellent quality as is all Geiger designs.
