Faux collars were a thing once for a long time, actually. This is just one example of what women would wear on top of a plain shirt to add class, sophistication, and style to it. This was made to have the beads hang in the front, although I took the picture with it backwards. I think it looks pretty, either way. I also believe you don't even need a shirt under the
