Fabric is a middleweight off white polyester crepe with sweet bouquets of wildflowers in yellow, orange pink and green. Halter bodice has a built in padded bra and cross over neckline which gathers into an empire waist band. Skirt gathers on from there and flares out to a wide ruffle at the hem.
