1978 F/W Floral Beige Silk Pleated Balloon Sleeve Dress faux suede It measures 15This 1978 F W Ted Lapidus Boutique Haute Couture balloon sleeve dress was made in France of beige silk with a floral print. The same dress in a different colorway was featured in the March 1978 issue of Marie France. It fastens with nine fabric covered buttons in the front and a button on each cuff, and comes with a tassel belt that isn't original to the dress. It's in excellent condition, professionally dry cleaned and ready to wear. Measurements:
