90's High Neck Black Velvet Dress by Liz Claiborne jacket rare the classic shapeA Liz Claiborne Lizsport line two piece black dress for a formal event or casual get together. The top is a pullover; falls at the hip; and has simple lines, shoulder pads, mock turtle neck and half sleeves. The skirt is ankle length with drawstring waist. The skirt measures to 32" around the waist, 38" around the hips and is 36" long. The top measures 17" across the shoulders, the bust is 40" and the length is 21 1 2". Excellent condition. Hand or
