1940s Brown Hat with Feathers and Veil 60s_sweater The body of the dressPetite brown felt 40s hat trimmed in variegated feathers and a small piece of veiling. Excellent condition, I spotted a few tiny breaks in the veil but nothing else to note. Felt is stamped "Velour Regale" and a small comb is attached to secure onto your head.
