1980s Floral Embellished Black Knit Evening Dress puff pleating down the frontThis early 1980s Pat Sandler for Wellmore long sleeve puff shoulder dress was made in the USA of unlined black santana knit composed of 70% wool 30% rayon. The front of the bib is embellished with floral sequins and beads. The dress fastens at the back with a Talon zipper. There are two missing beads but it's otherwise in excellent condition, has been professionally dry cleaned and is ready to wear. Measurements: Bust 33", stretches to 38" Waist 27",
