Satin ribbon ties are attached at the neck with bows. A ribbon tie also extends from one side seam. Fabric is rayon. No label 1930s. Measurements Small to Medium Bust 86 96 cm (34 38"), comfortable fit, but also suitable for smaller and a tad larger Length 56 cm (22") Ribbon at the waist is quite short, only fits a small
