60's Black Cello Straw Breton Hat by B Forman 1920s hat Fabric and material in greatStyled for that asymmetrical look with the curled brim high on the left and low on the right. Wide brim can be flipped upward to be a straight forward breton. Fabric a high sheen black cello straw with a wide black patent hatband. Interior is finished with a black grosgrain ribbon only.
