60's Velvet Bodice Black and White Stripe Maxi Dress long boho skirt one light black mark atRare 1960s maxi dress with attached shorts! Bold black and white satin skirt and shorts combine with a soft velvet bodice, embellished with rhinestone buttons. There is a deep slit on the left side of the skirt. The edges are tacked together in two places about thigh and hip level. I presume that it is expected that the wearer will remove the tacked threads and have the skirt be completely open on the left side so you can see the shorts. Otherwise,
