30's Floral Pink Lace Silk Flutter Sleeve Dress wool wrap skirt long rise - HIGH WAISTThis dress is named Pinky. Made of a floral patterned dusty rose colored silk lace, this vintage dress is from the 1930s. Fully lined, decorated with ribboned silk rose quartz colored lace on the flutter sleeves, a deep pink purple tulle line at the hem, and a pretty keyhole neckline that's accented with a pointed flat collar that's joined sweetly with a single dusty rose colored silk button that hides a single hook and eye. This dress would be
